The event ends. The footage is what circulates
Internal comms, the next proposal and next year's sign-off all run on what was captured on the day.
FlaminQo Events arranges and directs photography and cinematography for events across Maharashtra and Goa — stills and multi-camera video coverage, award-night winner photography with fast turnaround, keynote and panel capture, and highlights edits for internal communications. Coverage is planned against the run sheet, so the moments that matter are covered rather than hoped for.
Event coverage fails in a predictable way: the photographer is excellent, and the one shot the client needed does not exist. The reveal happened while they were changing lenses, or the handshake with the top winner was shot from behind. Coverage planned against the run sheet, with the must-have frames agreed in advance, is what prevents that.
Award nights carry their own problem. Dozens of winners each need a usable photograph, and the photography cannot slow the evening down — a posed shot on stage adds fifteen seconds per award, which across forty awards is a late dinner for the whole room. Shooting from a marked position as winners exit keeps the flow and still produces something each winner is happy to share.
Then there is turnaround. A highlights reel delivered three weeks later has missed the internal-comms window it was made for. Deciding up front what is needed quickly — a handful of stills that evening, a short edit the next day — changes how the event is shot, not merely how it is edited.

Questions we get about photography & film
How do you make sure the shots we actually need get taken?
By agreeing the must-have frames before the event and planning coverage against the run sheet. Most coverage disappointment is not a skill problem — it is that nobody said out loud which five photographs the event existed to produce.
How quickly can we get photographs after the event?
It depends what you need and whether you said so in advance. A small set of selects the same evening is achievable when it is planned for, and winner photographs from an awards night are normally shared within a couple of days for internal comms. Tell us the deadline at the briefing, because it changes how the day is shot.
Can you cover a wedding as well as corporate events?
Yes — wedding and pre-wedding coverage is part of the same service with a different shot plan. The discipline is identical: agree what the day has to produce before it starts.
Are video and stills planned together?
Yes, so camera positions, stage design and lighting work for both. A video rig placed without reference to the photographer's sightlines ends up in the photographs.
