How far in advance should we book?

For weddings and large corporate events we recommend three to six months so we can lock the venue and key vendors. We do take on shorter timelines — some of our best work has come together in six weeks — so it is always worth asking.

Do you work outside Pune?

Yes. We deliver across Maharashtra & Goa, and we handle destination weddings further afield. Travel and logistics for the crew are quoted transparently as part of the proposal.

What does event management actually cost?

It depends on guest count, venue, décor scale and production. We work to your budget rather than a fixed package — tell us the number you have in mind and we will show you exactly what it buys, line by line.

Who actually runs the event on the day?

Accepted Answer

The same planner you meet in the first conversation. We stay deliberately boutique so there is never a handover to a delivery team you have never spoken to, and you always have one named point of contact on site.

Question 5

Can you take over an event that is already part-planned?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. We will audit what is already contracted, flag the gaps and risks, and step in to manage delivery from wherever you are in the process.
