From a two-person outfit to 2,500 events
We started in 2007 doing what most small event companies do — saying yes to everything and learning fast. Nearly two decades later we have delivered more than 2,400 events, from 60-guest engagements to award nights for 900 delegates.
The 2019 rebrand to FlaminQo Events was the turning point. Under CEO Priyanka Gupta — a designer with over ten years in hospitality — we brought décor, staging and production in-house, and stopped being a company that books vendors on your behalf.
Today we plan, design, build and run events across Maharashtra & Goa — and we stay deliberately boutique, so the people you meet in the first conversation are the people running your event on the day.

Launched as AK Events, taking on private celebrations and corporate functions around Pune.

Rebranded by CEO Priyanka Gupta — not just as a planning company, but as a full production house with in-house décor and staging.

Corporate at scale
Award nights, product launches and conferences for 900+ delegates became a core part of the calendar alongside the wedding season.

Crossed 2,500 events delivered across Maharashtra and Goa — still deliberately boutique, still the same planner on site.
