Not a partner network, not a regional office — this is the address on our invoices, and it's where the planner you meet is based, from the first call to the last farewell.
Every FlaminQo event, whichever city it ends up in, is planned out of the same office on NIBM Road — that's true for the destination weddings we run in Goa and the corporate offsites we run in Lonavala, and it's especially true for the roughly 2,400 of our 2,500-plus events that have actually happened here in Pune since 2007. This is the original market, not an afterthought market.
In practice that means our décor and production stock, our vendor relationships, and the crew who show up on the day are all based five minutes from wherever your Pune venue is — Koregaon Park, Kalyani Nagar and Viman Nagar on one side of the city, Baner, Aundh and Kothrud on the other, and the NIBM–Undri–Salunkhe Vihar belt where our own office sits. There's no travel line item and no second team being flown in.
It's also why we're comfortable inviting clients to the office before they book — you can see décor samples in person and talk through a floor plan with the same planner who'll be on-site on the day, not a rotating account manager.

Is FlaminQo actually based in Pune, or is this a regional branch of a bigger company?
Pune is the only office. We're headquartered on NIBM Road, and every event we run — including the ones outside the city — is planned and produced from here, not handed off to a separate regional team.
Which parts of Pune do you cover?
All of it, in practice, but the bulk of our bookings come from Koregaon Park, Kalyani Nagar, Viman Nagar, Baner, Aundh, Kothrud and the NIBM–Undri belt around our own office. If your venue is somewhere else in the city, it's still well within normal reach.
Can we visit your office before booking?
Yes — we'd rather you did. You can see décor samples in person and go through your floor plan with the planner who'd actually run your event, not a salesperson who hands you off afterward.
