An offsite isn't a two-day event; it's a small residential community you're running for three days. The sessions matter, but so do the arrival taxi, the room-block dynamics and the fact that dinner on night two sets the tone for the last-day workshop.
Most of our offsite work sits at hill-station and coastal properties within driving distance of the Pune–Mumbai corridor — Lonavala, Karjat and Khopoli within a couple of hours, Mahabaleshwar and Alibaug when a longer stay justifies the drive, and Doon-valley resorts around Dehradun when clients want a real change of altitude and a flight-in feel.
The planning discipline we bring is genuinely different from a single-evening event: room-block choreography (who sits next to whom for team-dynamics reasons), transport up to the venue coordinated across multiple arrival cities, session production that shifts between plenary and breakout formats across the day, and social-evening programming that feels like an actual evening rather than a scheduled activity slot.
The client is usually a leadership team or a specific business unit — 15 to 80 people on the smaller end, up to a couple of hundred for a full sales conference or all-hands retreat. Sessions are typically a mix of strategy, cross-team building and skills training.

Questions we get about offsites
Which hill-station or resort locations do you regularly produce offsites at?
Lonavala, Karjat, Khopoli, Mahabaleshwar, Alibaug and Doon-valley resorts around Dehradun are our most-booked venues. We can also produce at coastal Goa properties, though those tend to sit under our destination-wedding footprint.
Do you design the session content, or just handle logistics and production?
Logistics, venue and production are always ours. Session content and facilitation are usually the client's or a partner facilitator's — we're happy to coordinate with them, and can recommend independent facilitators we've worked with previously.
How do you handle transport when delegates are flying in from multiple cities?
Consolidated travel management with one dedicated coordinator per major arrival hub, so a delegate lands and finds their transport waiting, rather than a fragmented experience where each business unit organised its own.
