Product launches, engineered for the reveal
A launch stands or falls on one moment — the reveal. Everything before it builds tension, everything after it is the audience talking about what they just saw. That's what we plan and produce here.
Product launches are the corporate format most similar to a stage show — a narrative arc, a lighting cue that turns the room over, and one moment the audience is going to film and share. Which means the whole production has to be designed around that one moment landing exactly as intended, not around a generic 'nice event'.
In practice that means a run sheet built as much for the cameras as for the room, staging and lighting rated for broadcast use so the footage you cut afterwards actually looks like your brand, and a demo/hands-on area for after the keynote so the room doesn't empty the moment the reveal ends.
The typical brief is 200–500 invited attendees — press, analysts, key customers, internal stakeholders — at a hotel ballroom or a purpose-hired venue. We plan and produce these from Pune for launches across Maharashtra, and travel the crew for launches in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and other corporate hubs.

Questions we get about product launches
Can you design the reveal moment itself, or just execute what we bring you?
Either — we bring a creative director into the brief early when clients want us to design the reveal sequence (lighting change, curtain drop, floor turn, staged interruption), or we execute against a fixed creative from your agency. Both are common.
Do you handle press and media invitations?
Yes — invite list management, RSVPs, on-arrival check-in, dedicated press room with fast-turnaround photography and video, and post-event asset delivery to attendees are all standard parts of a launch package.
Can the footage be used for post-launch marketing?
Yes — we brief the multi-camera crew for broadcast use, capture clean audio and cutaways, and deliver both raw and edited packages. Post-event edit turnaround is quoted upfront.
