R&R nights

R&R nights people actually want to be at

The annual R&R night is the one event most employees only see once a year — which is exactly why it can't feel like a corporate townhall with cake. The template is closer to an awards evening than a business meeting, and that's how we plan it.

The core brief for an R&R night is deceptively hard: run through dozens of awards, keep the room's energy up through all of them, make each winner feel individually recognised rather than processed, and land at a celebratory ending that isn't just 'everyone drifts to the bar'. Getting that right needs a rehearsed run sheet, a stage that photographs well for the winners' photos, and pacing that varies deliberately between categories.

Our approach: production values matched to an awards show (proper stage build, LED backdrop, spotlights, professional presenter), a run sheet grouped so the pace changes every 6–8 awards, live entertainment breaks between category clusters, and a photography setup that gets a shareable-quality winner photo without slowing the flow.

The 900-person R&R night in the client testimonial on our homepage sits at the upper end of our regular work here; more typically we're producing R&R nights for 150–500 employees for corporate clients across Pune, PCMC, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Gurugram.

FAQ

Questions we get about r&r nights

How do you keep the room engaged through 40+ awards?

The run sheet is grouped into award clusters of 6–8, with pacing breaks between clusters — a live music interlude, a video reel, an anchor bit — so the format never feels like it's just processing names for an hour straight.

Do you handle the winner photography, or is that separate?

Handled as part of the production — our photographer works from a marked spot with a branded backdrop, and winners get their photo taken as they exit the stage. Edited photos are shared with the client within 48 hours for internal comms.

Can you produce the pre-event nomination or voting process too?

The event production is our core work — for the nomination and voting workflow itself we're happy to coordinate with your HR platform or run a simple external form, but the internal nomination process usually sits better with the HR team.
