Do you travel to Udaipur with your own production team, or use local vendors?
Our own crew and décor stock travel and are coordinated in advance — we don't hand the build to a local vendor we haven't worked with. Some location-specific logistics (certain heritage-property requirements, for instance) are coordinated with trusted local partners under our planning.
